The ProAdapt universal 2-slot charging cradle offers a flexible charging solution for businesses using different USB-C smartphones and mobile computers. Its adjustable design fits devices of different sizes and shapes, with different charging port positions. Both slots can be adjusted independently, allowing different brands and models to be charged in the same cradle.

Fits a wide range of devices. The ProAdapt 2-slot charging cradle accommodates a wide range of USB-C smartphones and mobile computers, with or without protective cases. Its adjustable design fits devices of different shapes and sizes from multiple brands.

Fits different case thicknesses. A recessed adjustment point allows the USB-C connector height to be fine-tuned to the charging port depth for use with protective cases and ruggedized corner bumpers. The adjustable design helps minimize pressure on both the device and the USB-C connector during insertion and removal.

For mixed or single-OEM fleets. The ProAdapt universal desktop charging cradle accommodates devices with an overall width of 55–90 mm and thickness of 7–24 mm, including any protective case.

Firm and stable fit. The side supports adjust left and right to accommodate centered and off-center charging ports, while the back support adjusts for a secure hold. Adjustment wheels allow tool-free positioning and tightening of the supports.

Simplified power. One power connection powers the charging cradle evenly on both USB-C connectors. Power supply sold separately. Charging only, no data transfer.

Please read these instructions carefully and review all illustrations before using the stand. It is important that all adjustments are made to fit the device being used. Always hold the supplied key by its short end.

 

1. USB-C Connector: Remove the recessed key from its storage compartment. Place the stand on its rear short side. Insert the long end of the key into the hole on the underside of the stand. Position device straight onto the USB-C connector. Hold the key firmly to prevent the connector from being pushed inward by the device. At the same time, press device into place until you feel it connect securely to the USB-C connector. Keep device in exactly the same position. Insert the long end of the key into the hole on the short side of the stand. Tighten the screw on the short side of the stand to lock the connector at the desired height. Tighten the screw until you feel increased resistance. Changing to a different device: Loosen the screws on the short side of the stand completely until they meet increased resistance. Loosen the locking wheels and move the supports to their outermost positions. Repeat Step 1 to adjust the stand for your new device.

2. Rear Support: Hold device in an upright position. Press the rear support against device. Secure the support in the desired position using the locking wheel.

3. Side Supports: Hold the device in an upright position. Press the side supports against the device. Secure the supports in the desired position using the locking wheels. Connect the power cable (not included).

4. Docking stand with two different devices installed.
